1. Browse to Evren Ticket Portal to check a support ticket status.


2. Navigate to the Home tab and click on Check Ticket Status to see current ticket progress and ticket

    handler.




3. You will be able to view your latest ticket status with a comment and also be receiving an email 

    notifications for each update on your ticket from our Support agent.
